When you request a booking, contact us, or rent from us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup address, move date, chosen package, and any notes you add. If you pay for a rental, your payment is handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect some technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Confirm, schedule, and manage your rental, including delivery and pickup;
• Contact you about your order by text, email, or phone;

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your order — for example, to confirm your booking and delivery window. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential texts at any time by replying STOP. We may still text you about an active rental.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host and security provider, form and data-storage tools, email and text-messaging services, analytics providers, and (when applicable) our payment processor.

To run the Site and your rental, we rely on trusted third parties, which may include:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security;
• Google Analytics — to understand how the Site is used;
• Email and messaging services — to confirm and manage your booking;
• A payment processor (such as Stripe) — to process payments when online payment is available.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service from Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data — the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, your approximate location (city/region, derived from your IP address), and general device and browser information. We use this only in aggregate to measure site performance and demand for our moving-box rental service. 7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your rental, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.

• Marketing: opt out of promotional emails or texts at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
