Moving Bin Rental Agreement

St Pete Moving Bins · a service of Isla Remote LLC
Last updated: 5 October 2026

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Isla Remote LLC, doing business as St Pete Moving Bins (“we,” “us,” “our”), and the customer named on the booking (“you”). It covers your rental of moving bins, lids, dollies and any other items we supply (“Equipment”), and it contains all the terms of your rental. By ticking the agreement box and completing payment at checkout, you confirm you have read and agree to it. That electronic acceptance has the same effect as your signature.

1. Your Booking

We rent you clean, ready-to-use moving bins for a set rental period, delivered to and picked up from your address within our service area. Your booking confirmation lists your name, contact details, delivery and pickup addresses, delivery date, pickup date, Equipment (package and number of bins), and the total paid. Those details are part of this Agreement.

The Equipment remains the property of St Pete Moving Bins at all times. You are renting it, not buying it.

2. Price and Payment

Package prices, extra bins ($4 each), and extra rental weeks are shown before you pay. Payment is due in full when you book, and the total shown at checkout includes any applicable Florida sales tax.

Card on file. You authorize St Pete Moving Bins to charge your payment method for the rental total shown at checkout, to keep that payment method on file for the rental period, and to charge it for any additional fees you incur under this Agreement. Those fees are listed below and may be charged without a further signature if they apply.

3. Rental Period and Extensions

Your rental starts on your delivery date and ends on your scheduled pickup date. Every package includes a 14-day rental period, or longer if you booked extra weeks.

Need more time? Let us know at least 48 hours before your pickup date. Extra time is charged per week at the rate for your package (Section 2). If the Equipment isn’t ready for pickup at the end of your rental and you haven’t arranged an extension, we may charge the weekly rate for each additional week the Equipment is out.

4. Delivery and Pickup

5. Care, Custody, and Responsibility

From the moment we deliver the Equipment until we pick it up, it’s in your care, custody, and control. You’re responsible for the Equipment and bear the risk of any loss, theft, or damage while it’s with you. Please count and look over your bins at delivery and tell us about any problem within 24 hours. After that, the Equipment is considered delivered in good condition.

6. Using the Bins

Please use the Equipment only for normal household moving and storage, and:

7. Returning the Bins

At the end of your rental, please have the Equipment empty, reasonably clean, and stacked with all lids, ready at your pickup location. “Reasonably clean” means free of stickers, tape residue, liquids, food, pet hair, and soil. If Equipment comes back needing more than a normal wipe-down, a $50 cleaning fee applies. You don’t need to sanitize the bins; we handle that.

8. Late Returns

If the Equipment isn’t returned by the end of your rental period and no extension has been arranged, we may charge the weekly rate for each additional week it’s out (Section 3). If the Equipment isn’t returned within 30 days of your scheduled pickup date and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll treat it as a purchase and charge the full replacement cost at the rates in Section 9.

9. Lost or Damaged Equipment

Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. If Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear while in your care, you agree to pay the replacement cost, charged to your payment method on file:

10. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, and we’ll refund your payment in full. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee. Once the Equipment has been delivered, your rental fee is non-refundable.

11. Liability and Your Belongings

We provide the Equipment “as is” and in good working order. If a bin isn’t usable, our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing it. You are responsible for your own belongings and for how you pack, load, lift, stack, and transport them. We are not a moving company and are not responsible for any damage to your property, or for any injury, arising from your use of the Equipment or your move. You use the Equipment at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold St Pete Moving Bins, Isla Remote LLC, and our staff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your possession, use, or return of the Equipment.

13. Communications

By booking, you agree that we may contact you by text, email, and phone about your order and rental (for example, to confirm your delivery window). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us; we may still send you messages needed to manage your rental.

14. Governing Law and Changes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in Pinellas County, Florida. We may update this Agreement from time to time; the version in effect when you book applies to your rental, and a copy of it is included in your booking confirmation email.
